Thanks for your lovely comment! I didn't do much in the way of exercise but my client did. She was able to eat probably a little more relaxed than I did due to the exercise she was doing. You definitely need to watch portion size, the best way to do it is to count calories for maybe a week on Daily Burn which is what I use lately and then you can tell what sort of portions should work for you when it comes to weight loss. If I stay around 1400-1600cals a day which usually equates to 2 good sized meals a day then I will lose, if I go above that then I either need to do a little exercise or I will mantain and even possibly gain. LOL<br />May I ask some questions?<br />I'm still pretty new to this, one month in and feeling really good, but not losing much weight yet...<br />Did you or your client (both of you look deeply fantastic - btw) do much in the way of exercise? And...
