Creamy mayo tuna salad with Bacon mmmmmmmmmm super easy!
Just heat up your can of tuna (not in the tin ofcourse ;)), mix with plenty of Japanese mayo aka 'yum yum sauce'. Pop mixture on some mesclun salad and top off with lots of crispy bacon and a dash of tamari. Perfection, super simple and super tasty :)

  1. Ooh, looks tasty. What's this Japanese mayo? I just made a wrap today with salmon, mayo, and carrots in sushi nori and am curious if Japanese mayo would be a better compliment.

    It's not really all that primal with the soya bean oil but it's so delicious and it's my 20% non primal food. They use it at Japanese restaurants so not sure why it's better but it just is :) Hopefully you find some!
