  4. I posted it on my facebook yesterday and I don't know if it was "the straw that broke the camel's back" or what (since I'm always posting primal stuff) but a girl I went to high school with messaged me asking for more information about "this Primal thing you do." Score!

You looked great on TV too, by the way - totally relaxed, like a natural.

  7. Good on ya Michelle, your story is an inspiring one well done you look great and your energy and enthusiasm is contagious!

You did a great job in that interview as well ya really did a great job of educating the interviewer on what REAL food and a 'diet' from an evolutionary common sense perspective looks like, she looked dumbfounded (by conventional wisdom) but was impressed with the RESULTS no doubt! :)

I just posted about you on the wall on our http://PuraVidaTribe group page on Facebook, a group of &Primal living great people (mainly ladies) hang out and share great info on and offline. Pls stop by and say Hi! :)

Cheers keep up the great work Michelle!!!
