  1. Thank you so much for the time you put into your weekly updates. I read them again and again and they are helping me settle into the paleo style of eating. Down 12lbs since the beginning of the year. Could I trouble you for your hollandaise recipe? Ax

  4. Hi Googleann, your wecome I'm just glad they can be of help to you, awesome that your down 12lbs!! well done :) the hollandaise is just 2 egg yolks in a blender with some salt, pepper and 1 Tbsp White wine Vinegar, that needs to blend for a couple of minutes then melt 100gms butter and slowly pour the butter in, then it will start to thicken, it's really easy to screw it up tho, I've been known to waste ingredients doing this lol Good luck!!

Thanks getting Fit, with primal it's so much more satisfying so you don't have to eat to much :)

Thanks Janellarella, so glad it helps to keep you motivated, it keeps me motivated too just posting :)

  6. Hi aj moore, sorry about the late reply! Thanks for your comment :) The yum yum mayo is store bought japanese mayonaise called yum yum sauce or Kewpie Mayonaise, most asian stores sell it, not exactly primal but a yummy treat :)
