Friday 11th March 2011
9am Decaf Flat White w 1 sugar, 2 pieces 85% Lindt, 2 almond crackers.
2pm 2 KFC Original breast boneless fillets w yum yum mayo, 1 piece of 72% Dark Gharna, 1 piece 85% Lindt.
7pm Sushi Ninja: 6 pieces Sashimi, 2 chickumayo, 2 crumbed prawns, Chicken Karrage (marinated soy + garlic chicken battered and deep fried), 3 pieces 85% Lindt.  Definately not a primal day today!

Saturday 12th March 2011
8am Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, 2 pieces 85% Lindt.
2pm Decaf Flat White w 1 sugar, 1 piece 85% Lindt
4pm 30 pistachios approx, 1 piece 85% Lindt
6pm Pork Meatza with tom paste, sundried tomato, pineapple, green capsicum, cherry tomato, pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella and Parmesan, 5 squares 70% Old Gold

Sunday 13th March 2011
9am Small bowl Noatmeal with cream (made with apple), 1 1/2 pieces leftover meatza, 3 squares 70% old gold.
4pm 2 pieces MacChoc
6pm 2 2 KFC Original breast boneless fillets w kfc gravy (again not primal!), 2 squares 70% old gold.

Monday 14th March 2011
Taranaki Anniversary Holiday :)
8am 2 egg omelet with cream filled with bacon, tomato, coriander and cheese, 2 pieces 85% Lindt.
9:30am 1 hour Pilate's Class
10:30am 1 Decaf Flat White w 1 sugar
3pm 1 Decaf Flat White w 1 sugar, 1 MacBar
7pm Chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with cream cheese, mozzarella and cranberry.


Tuesday 15th March 2011
12pm 4 pieces Bacon, 4 almond crackers with cream cheese and smoked salmon, 4 squares 70%  old gold, 1 piece s+s chocolate.
4pm 1 piece 85% Lindt
6:30pm 1 hour Pilate's Class
7:45pm Roast Chicken, roast pumpkin, roast carrot, zucchini and green beans sauteed in butter, 5 squares 70% old gold

Wednesday 16th March 2011
9am 2 egg omelet with cream filled with bacon, tomato, coriander and cheese, 3 pieces 85% Lindt.

4pm 1 piece 85% Lindt
6:30pm 1 hour Swiss Ball Class
7:35pm Leftover chicken with a homemade feta/yoghurt/tuscan/lime dressing, on Spinach leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes with bacon and pinenuts YUMO!, 5 squares 70% old gold


Thursday 17th March 2011
9am 2 poached eggs, 4 pieces bacon, 3 squares 70% old gold
4pm 2 pieces 85% Lindt
4.30pm 1 hour BodyBalance Class
6pm 2 slices Pork Meatza topped with tomato paste, sundried tomato, cherry tomatoes, green capsicum, pineapple, bacon, mozarella + colby cheese.

Friday 18th March 2011 Weigh in 68.3kg, pretty happy with that, not huge losses but a loss is a loss!!

So I’m going to be away from the blogosphere for a couple of weeks! My husband is having back surgery so I won't be updating my blog.  I should be back on board in April and will carry on my weekly food postings but you’ll have to do without me for the rest of March sorry.     Saw your interview it was great. Congrats on your weight lose success. Just started the PB yesterday. Already feeling better. Have some arrhthymia issues and was told that this diet would be beneficial.

  8. I forgot to mention, and this is definately not to frighten you but I too was diagnosed with panic disorder in my 20's. Turned out that I never had that at all. It was a heart issue all along. Again, only telling you this so that you can have that ruled out.

  9. Thanks so much for posting!!!! VERY informative! Sorry for not checking back sooner, but we've had a rough couple weeks...my husband's best friend was killed by a drunk driver, so it's been tough getting life back to normal. Need to get back on a schedule with food now, because I've been "comfort eating"....from the bakery! Will definitely be using your list for inspiration during the next grocery run! All the best and well-wishes for your dear husband's speedy recovery! -Vicki
