My god I have had A LOT of pork this week! I do love it though.

  1. from a size 20 to a size 12. you give me hope dollface. i was in a tight 22 in january, and am in the middle of that journey. excellent week!

  2. I would like you to marry me please so you can cook for me. DANG, your menus sound freaking awesome.

Well done on the size 12 jeans too. I can't wait till I'm there myself because I'm currently one size away from the largest commercially available size (about a size 22) , which sucks ARSE. There's a gym opening up just around the corner from me in a month or so, I think I'm going to have to sign up and get lifting...

  3. Rachel - That's awesome girl! I'm glad I give you hope, it's definately doable and so rewarding.

Beastie Girl - Haha, think my husband might get a bit upset LOL he too loves my meals :)
You can so do it, be selfish, that's what it takes, dh just eats what I do, if he wants other stuff he can cook it himself.

Judith - That's awesome!! Every step towards your goal is so rewarding and I remember every one of them :) Glad you are enjoying my menus and food pics, don't ya wish you could have smell and taste internet!!

  4. Dollface,
What was it that helped you get into the right mind set to start losing weight?

    Your menus look great.
What is Japanese mayo and decaff vienna - is the vienna a coffee you purchase whilst out or is it one of those coffee packets - just add water?
How do you do your beef, cream, red wine reduction?

  5. I didn't comment when I read your story on MDA nor have I posted comments lately but I must tell you how wonderful you look and how motivating it is to see your success. Congratulations!!
